In fact, most people won't notice anything different on the exterior of the home when looking at it during the day. The diodes are barely protruding from the channel which gives it a hidden effect. We could have gone flush but you wouldn't see the light from other angles if the bulb was flush. Our Select PLUS system allows the user to control every bulb with ease. A simple touch of your smartphone will allow you to choose any color combination for millions of options. Not only does it provide year-round use, it also is extremely energy efficient and provides lifetime energy savings for homeowners and businesses. Pricing can vary from home to home depending on the number of gables, roof pitch, spacing, number of stories, and other factors. Trimlight is priced by the linear foot, and most homes range from $2,000 - $5,000 for the front of the home depending on home size and roofline. When you request a quote, Trimlight Houston will come measure your home and provide a total price inclusive of materials and installation. Your sales professional will be able to provide recommendations on lighting type based on the structure type, your needs or wants, and find every possible way to make it work with the budget you've established for the project! LIFETIME. That's right, Trimlight offers an unmatched LIFETIME PRODUCT WARRANTY! If a diode burns out, controller malfunctions, power source goes on the fritz, color-matched metal starts to rust, or anything else fails under normal operating conditions, the part is covered at no expense to the client! In addition, Trimlight Houston offers a two-year labor warranty for client installs in the Houston area. After two years, the client would just be responsible for the service call for maintenance on their Trimlight system, typically $75-$95. We get this question A LOT! Every HOA seems to be perceived as "strict and stringent" with what they will and won't allow. Initially homeowners can meet resistance from an HOA if they are just describing what they'd like to have installed and if the HOA is not familiar with Trimlight. We find that once an HOA takes time to review Trimlight, they typically approve and even endorse Trimlight for use in their communities! We've actually completed projects specifically for HOA's to light community centers, clubhouses, and pool buildings. After completing hundreds of installs in the Houston area, we have an extensive list of communities in the area governed by HOA's that have had Trimlight installed on their resident homes. If you are seeking HOA approval, please work with your estimator and they will provide you a packet of information that makes the approval process as painless as possible with your HOA!

Simply fill out the "Get Trimlight" form on the Home page or from the Toolbar, submit your information, and one of our estimators will contact you to arrange a time for the estimate. Once you approve the estimate and provide the partial upfront payment, Trimlight of Houston will go to work on manufacturering and preparing the system for installation. Since it is a custom product, we advise homeowners that it takes about 2-3 weeks from the time the homeowner signals to move forward before the system is ready for install. During our peak season (October thru December), that lead time can be as long as 6 weeks so it's best to move early in the year if you are hoping to have Trimlight installed on your home for an upcoming Christmas season.
